Every croissant, loaf, and brew follows 'Mum's' original handwritten recipes. We source our flour from local heritage grains and our beans from the high-altitude hills of Nepal, ensuring every bite and sip supports our community.
Why We Do What We Do
Heritage Grains
We exclusively use stone-ground flour from local farms, preserving the natural nutrients and deep, nutty flavor of the Nepalese soil.
Slow Fermentation
Our sourdough starter is a family legacy. We ferment our bread for 24 hours to ensure easy digestion and a perfect crust.
Micro-Lot Coffee
Partnering directly with smallholders in Nuwakot and Gulmi to bring you the finest high-altitude Arabica beans.
